Resumen de Actividades artísticas en red y en HbbTV para la diversidad funcional

Ciudad sin fronteras, Ciudad-Mundo, Ciudad-Red deRedes, Ciudad Virtual.Las tecnologías existentes hoy en día permiten quelas personas se comuniquen y colaboren entre ellas demanera fácil, rápida y barata desde cualquier parte delplaneta en la que haya conexión a Internet. Para aquellas personas con Diversidad Funcional Física, para lasque un simple peldaño suponía la imposibilidad decontinuar adelante, que se hayan eliminado las barreras geográficas y físicas de acceso a la información, ala formación y a la cultura sin duda es el gran logro deldesarrollo de las Comunicaciones Virtuales.Estamos trabajando en el diseño de Actividades Artísticas, explicadas paso a paso en vídeo, junto con archivos explicativos sencillos, en colaboración con algunos museos de Arte Contemporáneo, que se cargaránen un Espacio Virtual (Ciudad Virtual) específico y enla TV Interactiva (HbbTV) para que puedan ser realizadas por personas con Diversidad Funcional desde sucasa. A su vez estas personas dispondrían de una plataforma de comunicación y se convertirían en protagonistas empoderados de la misma, ya que expondríansus trabajos en estos medios, los comentarían, etc.Esta propuesta forma parte de la investigación que seestá realizando con la Beca del Campus de ExcelenciaInternacional, dentro del Programa Internacional deCaptación de Talento (PICATA) del Campus de Moncloa. Dicha investigación está codirigida por el Departamento de Didáctica de la Expresión Plástica de laFacultad de Bellas Artes de la UCM y por el Grupode Aplicación de Telecomunicaciones Visuales, Departamento de Señales, Sistemas y Radiocomunicacionesde la E.T.S.I. de Telecomunicación de la UPM.

City without Borders, City - world, City - Network,Virtual City. The existing technologies nowadays allow that thepersons should communicate and collaborate betweenthem in an easy, rapid and cheap way from any part ofthe planet in which there is connection to Internet.For those persons with Functional Physical Diversity,for whom a simple step supposed the inability to continue forward, that have eliminated the geographicaland physical barriers of access to the information, tothe formation and to the culture undoubtedly it is thegreat achievement of the development of the VirtualCommunications. We are employed at the design of Artistic Activities,explained stepwise on video, together with explanatory simple files, at collaboration with some museumsof Contemporary Art, that will load in a Virtual Space(Virtual Community) specific and in the InteractiveTV (HbbTV) in order that they could be realized bypersons by Functional Diversity from his house. Inturn these persons would have a platform of communication and would turn into protagonists empoweredof the same one, since they would expose his works inthese means, would comment on them, etc. This offer forms a part of the investigation that is realized by the Scholarship of the Campus of InternationalExcellence, inside the International Program of Capture of Talent (PICATA) of Moncloa’s Campus. Theabove mentioned investigation is co-directed by theDepartment of Didactics of the Plastic Expression ofthe Faculty of Fine arts of the UCM and by the Groupof Application of Visual Telecommunications, Department of Signs, Systems and Radio communications ofthe E.T.S.I. of Telecommunication of the UPM.
