Resumen de Evaluación del contenido de metales pesados en suelos periurbanos a partir de parámetros fisicoquímicos

  La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el contenido de metales pesados en suelos agrícolas arroceros periurbanos de la provincia de Utcubamba, Amazonas, Perú. Se realizó un muestreo preliminar donde se analizaron parámetros físicoquímicos del suelo y un muestreo definitivo para determinar  el contenido de metales. Las muestras se obuvieron de ambos márgenes del río Utcubamba. Los resultados del muestreo preliminar mostraron heterogeneidad en las características físicoquímicas de los suelos analizados y el muestreo definitivo documentó el siguiente orden del contenido de metales: Al > Ba > Sr > Ti > V > Ce > Pb > Ni > Cr > Li > As > Cd > Sn > Be > Sb > Hg, no se registró Se, Ag y Tl. Los metales analizados muestran contenidos inferiores a los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental para suelos, con excepción del Cd que supera al nivel de referencia con un valor promedio de 2.26 mg.kg-1.

  The objective of this research was to evaluate the content of heavy metals in peri-urban rice agricultural soils of the province of Utcubamba, Amazonas, Peru. A preliminary sampling was carried out where physicochemical parameters of the soil and a definitive sampling were analyzed to determine the metal content. The samples were obtained from both banks of the Utcubamba River. The results of the preliminary sampling showed heterogeneity in the physicochemical characteristics of the analyzed soils and the final sampling documented the following order of the metal content: Al> Ba> Sr> Ti> V> Ce> Pb> Ni> Cr> Li> As> Cd> Sn> Be> Sb> Hg, Se, Ag and Tl were not recorded. The metals analyzed show contents lower than the Environmental Quality Standards for soils, with the exception of Cd, which exceeds the reference level with an average value of 2.26 mg.kg-1.
