  Este artículo de carácter jurídico y de investigación, el cual se aborda desde un enfoque cualitativo con revisión bibliográfica, tiene como objetivo primordial, describir y estudiar el reconocimiento de personas en el ordenamiento penal colombiano, así como analizar los aportes que desde la psicología del testimonio se han hecho en pro del nivel de credibilidad y fiabilidad de ese acto procesal investigativo.

  This article of a legal and research nature, which is approached from a qualitative approach with a bibliographical review, has as its primary objective, to describe and study the recognition of people in the Colombian criminal system, as well as to analyze the contributions that from the psychology of the testimony they have been made in favor of the level of credibility and reliability of that investigative procedural act.
