    Se realiza un estudio clínico en 163 pacientes adultos afectos de enfermedad digestiva. Se pretende revisar la relación entre su enfermedad de base y las alteraciones de la mucosa oral. No se aprecia relación significativa entre la alteración digestiva y la manifestación mucosa encontrada, excepción hecha del cuadro de intestino irritable. Se revisan las entidades digestivas con más implicación en la consulta dental.

    The authors perform a study on 163 adult patients with digestive disease. The aimis to review the relationship between their disease and the changes in the oral mucosa. There is not a significant relationship between the digestive disease and the explored mucosa, with the only exception of an irritable bowel. The digestive diseases with most implication on the dental management are reviewed.
