Resumen de Etnoeducación en La Guajira: legislación y reivindicación de la humanidad

    La etnoeducación, componente del sistema educativo regional, cumple funciones y esta- blece relaciones de diverso tipo. Reflexionar desde la interacción teoría-práctica permite (1) construir información que aproxima a la sistematicidad y (2) argumentar sobre la esencia de una educación que el Estado plantea como diferenciada y las comunidades como uniformadora. En este sentido, ¿qué tan lejos está la legislación de la realidad comunitaria? Son elementos iniciales para un análisis cuali-/cuantitativo de aquello que configura la problemática etnoeducativa. Se revisaron documentos panorámicos hacia posteriores configuraciones del “estado actual” y visión de un horizonte posible (mirada concreta sobre el tema: entre lo ideal -lo escrito- y lo real -lo actuado-).

  Ethno-education, a component of the regional education system, fulfills functions and establishes relations of various kinds. Reflecting from the theory-practice interaction allows (1) to build information that approximates systematics and (2) to argue about the essence of an education that the State proposes as differentiated and communities as a uniformer. In this sense, how far is the legislation of the community reality? They are initial elements for a qualitative / quantitative analysis of what shapes the ethnoeducational problem. Panoramic documents were revised towards later configurations of the “current state” and vision of a possible horizon (concrete look on the subject: between the ideal - the written - and the real - the acted -).
