La principal arma de liberación es el conocimiento. Se pueden realizar cambios sociales e institucionales, pero si no se cambia el conocimiento que lo sustenta se continuará pensando y comprendiendo los problemas desde las lentes teóricas que posibilitan la injusticia. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en reflexionar desde la filosofía jurídica sobre la disociación entre la teoría y la práctica de la administración de justicia en el Perú. La hipótesis parcial y provisional que se plantea es que para que la administración de justicia alcance a todos los peruanos es urgente descolonizar el conocimiento en el que se sostiene.

The main weapon of liberation is knowledge. Social and institutional changes can be made, but if the knowledge that supports it is not changed, problems will continue to be thought about and understood from the theoretical lenses that make injustice possible. The objective of this work is to reflect from legal philosophy on the dissociation between theory and practice of the administration of justice in Peru. The partial and provisional hypothesis that arises is that for the administration of justice to reach all Peruvians, it is urgent to decolonize the knowledge on which it is sustained.
