Resumen de Social solving. Norme e prospettive del Problem Solving nelle frontiere della socialità
The most apparent evidence that characterizes the current phase of globalization is the accelerated change and, consequently, the overlapping of risks as well as problems involving socio-institutional aspects and dynamics, in all their segments. Difficulties in remedying this situation highlight the real distance between decision-makers and society. Thoroughly defining the problem, its manifestations and overlaps, constitutes the main obstacle for a possible behavioural and regulatory normalization. The main emerging risk is ultimately the dissolution of the very idea of the system and its concrete definition.
