Este artículo propone mostrar un breve panorama de la regulación del teletrabajo en Brasil, indicando algunos puntos controvertidos (entre ellos: los costos del teletrabajo, que están a cargo del obrero; la disparidad de género en las modalidades de trabajo; la cuestión de los accidentes y medio ambiente laboral y, por fin, el tema de la inexistencia de control y límites de la duración del teletrabajo). Presenta, también, algunas consideraciones sobre cuál sería el modelo ideal para la regulación jurídica, es decir, aquella que contenga un carácter efectivamente protector para los trabajadores
This article proposes to show a brief panorama of the regulation of teleworking in Brazil, indicating some controversial points (among them: the costs of teleworking, which are the responsibility of the worker; the gender disparity in the work modality; the issue of accidents and work environment and, finally, the issue of the lack of control and limits on the duration of teleworking). It also presents some considerations about what would be the ideal model for legal regulation, that is, one that contains an effectively protective character for workers
