Resumen de Teletrabajo en Colombia, el alistamiento hacia la nueva revolución de la fuerza laboral

  El contexto económico latinoamericano ha pretendido por siglos mantenerse  vigente en la atención de sus necesidades, de la mano de la imperiosa economía global, Latinoamérica se perfila para recorrer los mismos pasos de su antecesora y busca tratar de borrar, o por lo menos aminorar, la brecha y distancia que la aleja del primer mundo, en tal sentido, son varios los aspectos que se debe considerar para minimizar la distancia que establece y determina las diferencias contextuales de cara a la búsqueda y permanencia que responda a ideologías vanguardistas que renueven y prosperen al ser humano, a la empresa y a la sociedad. El uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación han permitido que se definan estructuras novedosas en la forma de pensar, de vivir y de trabajar, por ello, mantenerse vigente con las nuevas demandas de la globalización es tarea imperiosa pero necesaria para lograr que se regule la participación del ser humano en diferentes escalas sociales y laborales de acuerdo con las exigencias del mundo, entre ellas, la forma de implementar nuevas estrategias de trabajo que favorezcan el uso del tiempo, que aminore las distancias y que permita el desenvolvimiento del ser desde la aportación de su capital intelectual en el crecimiento de la empresa. Colombia propiamente ha comenzado a dar pasos agigantados en la implementación del teletrabajo como forma flexible de optimizar resultados a nivel organizacional, y pese a los varios obstáculos y dificultades que puedan presentarse, se renueva la visión de fomentar este concepto que engloba una amplia gama de actividades en el desarrollo y progreso de la empresa, para hacer su aporte estructural en el fortalecimiento de los caminos que contribuyan en el progreso económico, social y laboral de la región.

  The Latin American economic context has tried for centuries to stay current in meeting its needs, hand and hand with the imperious global economy, Latin America is shaping up to follow the same steps as its predecessor and seeks to try to erase, or at least lessen, the gap and distance that distances it from the first world, in this sense, there are several aspects that must be considered to minimize the distance that establishes and determines the contextual differences for the search and permanence that responds to avant-garde ideologies that renew and prosper human being, the company and society. The use of information and communication technologies have allowed new structures to be defined in the way of thinking, living and working, therefore, staying current with the new demands of globalization is an urgent but necessary task to achieve that the participation of the human being in different social and labor scales is regulated in accordance with the demands of the world, among them, the way to implement new work strategies that favor the use of time, that shorten distances and allow the development of the being from the contribution of its intellectual capital in the growth of the company. Colombia itself has begun to take giant steps in the implementation of telework as a flexible way of optimizing results at the organizational level, and despite the various obstacles and difficulties that may arise, the vision of promoting this concept that encompasses a wide range of activities is renewed in the development and progress of the company. To make its structural contribution in strengthening the paths that contribute to the economic, social and labor progress of the region.
