Resumen de Competencias digitales y desempeño docente en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Pachitea, Huánuco, 2020

  El desarrollo de la competencia digital en los docentes permite el uso adecuado de las TIC para transformarlo en herramientas mediadores del aprendizaje y contribuir con la mejora de su desempeño pedagógico. En ese sentido, el objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre las competencias digitales y el desempeño docente en la UGEL Pachitea, 2020. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, tipo descriptivo correlacional con diseño de corte transversal, la confiabilidad de los instrumentos se realizó a través del Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo 0,968 y 0,966 para el cuestionario de competencia digital y desempeño docente respectivamente. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 55 docentes a los que se aplicaron dos cuestionarios, uno por cada variable. Los resultados indican que el 60% de docentes tienen un nivel alto de competencias digitales y un 75 % de ellos evidencian un alto nivel de desempeño docente, se estableció la relación entre las variables a través del coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman (Rho=0,748 y p<0,01). Se concluye que existe una relación positiva alta significativa (p<0,01) entre la competencia digital y el desempeño docente en la UGEL Pachitea, 2020.

  The development of the digital competences for teachers allows the proper use of the ICT to transform it into learning mediation tools and to contribute for improving their pedagogic performance. In this sense, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between digital skills and teaching performance at “Pachitea UGEL”, 2020. It is a quantitative approach study, non-experimental, descriptive correlational type with a cross-sectional design, the reliability of the instruments has been made through the Cronbach’s Alpha, obtaining 0.968 and 0.966 for the digital questionnaire competence and the teaching performance, respectively. The study population was constituted for 55 teachers to whom were applied two questionnaires, one for each variable. The results indicate that 60% of teachers have a high level of digital skills and 75% of them show a high level of teaching performance, it was established a relationship between the variables through Rho’s coefficient of correlation by Spearman (Rho = 0.748 and p <0.01). It concludes that there is a significant high positive relationship (p <0.01) between the digital competence and teaching performance at “Pachitea UGEL”, 2020.
