As atividades nesta edição estão organizadas em três temas: a comunicação ecológica na luta pela preservação do meioambiente, com especial atenção à água como um bem social e finito; o ato de ler, sua influência na formação da consciênciasocial e a cultura cotidiana do leitor; e os vínculos da comunicação com a educação e o permanente desafio das TICs, pelasinterseções das culturas mediáticas e pelas novas maneiras de os sujeitos serem e estarem no mundo.

This issue’s activities are organized in three themes: ecological communicaton in the struggle for environment preservation, with special attention to water as as a limited social good; theact of reading, its influence in the social wareness and the reader’s daily culture; and the connections of Communicaton withEducation and the everlasting challenge of ICTs, for the intersection of mediatic cultures and new ways for the subjects tobe in the world.
