    Dentro de los objetivos de la Estrategia Territorial de la Comunidad Valenciana, como documento normativo básico, primer instrumento de ordenación territorial y urbanística, se recoge la gestión activa e integrada del patrimonio cultural de la Comunitat. Configurando la infraestructura verde y el paisaje como señas de identidad de la Comunidad Valenciana, apuntando a su vez a que dicha infraestructura venga a definirse a diferentes escalas en el marco del planeamiento urbanístico y territorial, garantizando la ordenación su función territorial, paisajística, ambiental y cultural. Asimismo,define el Sistema Territorial del Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural como una red de enclaves estratégicos distinguidos por sus valores patrimoniales y culturales fusionados por un conjunto deconectores que pueden tener valor cultural por sí mismos, relacionando de manera expresa que debe entenderse por el mismo. Consecuentemente se recogen los principios directores de planificación y gestión con nuevas consideraciones que apuntan a propuestas estratégicas tendentes a la gestión unitaria del patrimonio natural y cultural desde su consideración como una red integrada e internamente articulada, con la oportunidad de fomento de recurso para el desarrollo socioeconómico de la Comunidad.

    Within the objectives of the Territorial Strategy of the Valencian Community, as a basic normative document, the first instrument of territorial and urban planning, the active and integrated managementof the cultural heritage of the Community is included. Configuring the green infrastructure and the landscape as signs of identity of the Valencian Community, aiming at the same time that said infrastructure comes to be defined at different scales within the framework of urban and territorial planning, guaranteeing the management of its territorial, landscape, environmental and cultural. Likewise, it defines the Territorial System of Historical and Cultural Heritage as a network of strategic enclaves distinguished by their heritage and cultural values fused by a set of connectors that may have cultural value by themselves, expressly relating that it should be understood by it. So, the planning and management guiding principles are collected with new considerations that point to strategic proposals aimed at the unitary management of natural and cultural heritage from itsconsideration as an integrated and internally articulated network, with the opportunity to promote resources for socioeconomic development. of the community.
