Resumen de Inteligencia territorial: disrupción y participación en la sociedad del conocimiento

La legitimidad en torno a nuestra relación con los espacios de habitabilidad –que no solo se refiere al uso de los recursos existentes en cada uno de ellos, también a los más relevantes desde el punto de vista de la proyección cultural de las comunidades que los habitan– se afirma en la pervivencia de su identidad. Se hace necesario la revitalización de las mismas comunidades, a partir de sus dinámicas productivas, también del rescate de sus orígenes y su mantenimiento en torno a una relación sustentable y de innovación capaz de transformar sus prácticas habituales de sobrevivencia en elementos que de forma disruptiva le asignen un valor agregado al espacio. La inteligencia territorial en el contexto de la sociedad del conocimiento es, por tanto: innovación, emprendimiento y liderazgo. Es también una nueva forma de responder a las exigencias de dichos liderazgos y sus competencias asociadas; son los mecanismos relacionales entre individuos que deben enfrentar una experiencia de modernización que nos obliga a replantear mitos en torno a la socialización.

The legitimacy of our relationship with the habitable spaces, which not only refers to the use of the existing resources in each of them, but also to the most relevant from the point of view of the cultural projection of the communities that inhabit them, the survival of their identity. It is necessary to revitalize the communities themselves based on their productive dynamics, as well as on the rescue of their origins and their maintenance around a sustainable and innovative relationship capable of transforming their habitual survival practices into elements that in a disruptive way assign an added value to the space. Territorial intelligence in the context of the knowledge society is therefore innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership. It is also a new way of responding to the demands of these leaderships and their associated competencies; it is the relational mechanisms between individuals who must face an experience of modernization that forces us to rethink myths about socialization.
