  En México, durante el sexenio 2012-2018 se instrumentó la Cruzada Nacional contra el Hambre (CNCH), en cuyo diseño la participación social tuvo un papel central para combatir la carencia por acceso a la alimentación e impulsar el bienestar social. Con la creación de comités comunitarios y el apoyo del personal promotor, esta estrategia pretendió fortalecer y asegurar el involucramiento activo y constante de la población; sin embargo, existieron diversos factores que incidieron en las dificultades para lograr una sostenida participación de las comunidades. El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar los factores que limitaron la participación social en la implementación de la CNCH en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México, a través de las voces del personal Implementador

  In Mexico, during the 2012-2018 six-year term, the National Crusade against Hunger (CNCH) was implemented, in which design social participation played a central role in combating the lack of access to food and promoting social welfare. With the creation of Community Committees and the support of the promoter staff, this strategy aimed to strengthen and ensure the active and constant involvement of the population; however, there were a number of factors that had an impact on the difficulties in achieving sustained community participation. The objective of this paper is to show the factors that limited social participation in the implementation of the CNCH in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, through the voices of the implementing staff
