Resumen de Caracterización del alumnado extranjero y la valoración del patrimonio cultural como contenido descolonizador para la educación intercultural

  El propósito del artículo es puntualizar en la distribución del alumnado extranjero, chileno y nacionalizado que está siendo escolarizado en aulas chilenas, con el obejtivo de analizar la importancia de incorporar el patrimonio cultural migrante como contenido descolonizador para la educación intercultural. El desarrollo del artículo se configura desde un enfoque cuantitativo, con datos numéricos que describen las características del alumnado. Los datos se presentan mediante figuras que permiten organizar de mejor manera la información de la matrícula; además, se complementa la descripción gráfica con un enfoque hermenéutico, en el cual se analizan estudios sobre migración, patrimonio cultural y educación intercultural en el contexto socio-educativo actual. Se obtiene como resultado que el alumnado multinacio nal que forma parte del sistema escolar debe ser visibilizado tanto a nivel político, como social y educativo. En este contexto el currículum escolar debe refrescar y propulsar nuevos saberes a través de los fondos de conocimientos que portan los niños/as, los jóvenes y sus familias como patrimonio cultural migrante, con el propósito de valorar y generar nuevos espacios educativos interculturales, reflexionando con los propios actores del contexto educativo, de manera que se avance gradualmente a las epistemologías del buen vivir.

  The purpose of this article is to point out the distribution of foreign, Chilean and nationalized students who are being schooled in Chil ean classrooms, in order to analyze the importance of incorporating migrant cultural heritage as decolonizing content for intercultural education. The development of this article is configured from a quantitative approach, with numerical data that describe the students' characteristic, the data presented through figures that allow the enrollment information to be better organized; in addition, the graphic description is complemented with a hermeneutical approach, where studies on migration, cultural heritage and intercultural education are analyzed in the current socio-educational context. Resulting in that the multinational student body that is part of the school system must be made visible on a political level, both social and educational, in this context the school curriculum should refresh and promote new knowledge through the knowledge funds that are shared by children, teens and their families as migrant cultural heritage, with the purpose of valuing and generating new intercultural educational spaces, reflecting with the actors of the educational context, so that, gradually advance to the epistemologies of good living.
