    Se sostiene la necesidad de utilizar la técnica y especialmente la inteligencia artificial como complemento y no sustitución de lo humano,en este caso, con especial referencia a la tarea judicial. Se afirma la necesidad de evitar la rutina y desarrollar la creación. Se adopta como base la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico.
