La coexistencia de múltiples meningiomas en un mismo paciente es un hecho infrecuente, más aún si ambos se hallan en regiones raquídeas. Como lesión ocupante de espacio extra-axial, la clínica vendrá determinada por la tolerancia del tejido nervioso a la compresión. Presentamos un caso ilustrativo.
The coexistence of multiple meningiomas in the same patient is an infrequent occurrence, even more if both are in spinal regions.
