Las distintas jurisdicciones existentes en la España Moderna originan frecuentes conflictos entre diversos ámbitos. Una muestra la tenemos en el que se plantes a finales del siglo XVII como consecuencia de las restricciones que se imponen en el uso de las armas de fuego, contrarias -según algunos- al disfrute del fuero militar.

The different jurisdictions that we can find in Spain during the Modern Ages was the origin of frequent conflicts between different circles. A good sample of this can be found in the events occurred at the end of the 17th century, when there was a conflict as the result of some restrictions imposed in the use of firearms and considered, by some of them, as against, to military privileges.
