Resumen de Primeros pasos en la gestión de estiércoles y purines en una explotación de vacuno de leche

During the year 2006 and from SERGAL S. Coop. in collaboration with U.A.G.A., DiputaciónForal de Alava and Basque Government developed the "Study of management of dung ofAlava".This study arises as response to the worry of the sector for the management of the manures thatproduces and with the premise of which Alava has surface more than sufficient to absorb thedung that produces according to the "Inventory of organic residues of the AutonomousCommunity of the Basque Country. Year 2001 ", realized by NEIKER (Pinto et al., 2002)The final aim of the study is to use the manures for the fertilization of meadows and farminglands; to recycle these by-products avoiding environmental problems and to optimize the cost oftheir elimination.To obtain this aims there appeared a plan of performance and an organizational model basedprincipally on the adequacy of the infrastructures to minimize the production of by-product tomanaging and optimizing their agricultural appraisement.Finally, there is chosen a farm of cows of milk and there is done an analysis of its situation asfor management of dungs offering an alternative to the current managing.As conclusion, there remains clear the need of an integrated management of the manures insidethe farm and the importance of the minimization of the production of by-products.
