Resumen de Taller experimental de arquitectura y paisaje: primer ensayo “on line”

  “Taller experimental 2. Arquitectura y paisaje. El dibujo de apuntes” es una asignatura optativa de 4º curso de los estudios de Grado en Arquitectura. Describimos los objetivos y metodología de esta asignatura presencial, de carácter manual y sensorial, basada en pedagogías experimentales, donde participan gran número de alumnos extranjeros, analizando su evolución y resultados. Por otro lado, debido a la situación derivada del COVID-19, la asignatura se transformó obligadamente al formato “on line”. De manera intuitiva, improvisada y abierta, el taller continuó con la totalidad del alumnado y sin perder su esencia. Mostraremos la transformación que ha supuesto la docencia virtual mediante el uso de dos herramientas fundamentales: la aplicación MIRO realtime board y el gestor de equipos TEAMS. Como conclusión valoraremos la experiencia tratando de analizar los pros y contras de la docencia en el aula virtual, tratando de avanzar las transformaciones, inevitables al inicio del nuevo curso 2020-21.

  “Experimental workshop 2. Architecture and landscape. The sketching drawings ” is an optional subject at the 4th year of the Bachelor of Architecture. We describe the objectives and methodology of this face-to-face, manual and sensorial subject, based on experimental pedagogies, where a large number of foreign students participate, analysing their evolution and results. Due to the situation derived from COVID-19, subject was forcibly transformed into the “on-line” format. In an intuitive, improved and open way, the workshop continued with all students and without losing its essence. We will show the transformation that virtual teaching has entailed through the use of two fundamental tools: the MIRO realtime board application and the TEAMS working group manager. To conclude we will assess the experience trying to analyze the pros and cons of teaching in the virtual classroom, trying to advance the inevitable changes, at the beginning of the new 2020-21 academic year
