Resumen de El desabastecimiento de insumos médicos como vulneración del derecho a la salud

  La investigación se planteó como objetivo analizar el desabastecimiento de insumos médicos como vulneración del derecho a la salud en el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS). Se realizó desde el paradigma cuantitativo, con una metodología de tipo descriptiva documental con un diseño bibliográfico y de campo, se manejó para este tipo de estudio, documentos, textos legales, investigaciones científicas arbitradas, sobre el tema tratado. Se apoyó en la técnica de la encuesta, en este sentido, se aplicó un cuestionario a un grupo de 100 afiliados del instituto de salud, logrando conocer su opinión en cuanto a la realidad existente. Como resultado, el médico tratante al momento de recetar los médicos al paciente consolidado; le solicita que compre tales medicinas por falta de abastecimiento en la farmacia del IESS. Se concluye, la existencia de la vulneración de la salud, violando las normas y reglamentos de atención de la salud.

  The objective of the research was to analyze the shortage of medical supplies as a violation of the right to health in the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS). It was carried out from the quantitative paradigm, with a documentary descriptive methodology with a bibliographic and field design, it was handled for this type of study, documents, legal texts, refereed scientific research, on the subject. He relied on the survey technique, in this sense, a questionnaire was applied to a group of 100 affiliates of the health institute, getting to know their opinion regarding the existing reality. As a result, the treating physician at the time of prescribing physicians to the consolidated patient; asks you to buy such medicines due to lack of supply at the IESS pharmacy. It is concluded, the existence of the violation of health, violating the rules and regulations of health care.
