• Resumen

  • The present paper shows an example of how to learn programming through project-based learning and virtual communities. It proposes to the students the development of an application related with mobility managing multiple media formats. This development involves the understanding of concepts related with programming; networks and communications; and the use of XML. Thanks to the learning through motivating practice-based development, students face the real problems that they will find in private companies when they finish their degree.
