Educar desde el psiquiátrico

    Los distintos acuerdos marco que el Gobierno de Aragón exigió en 2012 así como la creación de la unidad juvenil en 2014 fueron dos hechos relevantes en la población interna en el Centro Neuropsiquiátrico Nuestra Señora del Carmen.

    La demanda de un cambio de enfoque desde el modelo sanitario a un modelo socioeducativo, que iba a transformar el centro necesitaba de nuevas estrategias con un enfoque un socioeducativo que a su vez solicitaban las personas con enfermedad mental del centro para cubrir no solo las necesidades sanitarias sino también las de desarrollo personal y social.

    Simultáneamente el perfil de profesionales del centro pasó de ser de carácter exclusivamente asistencial a un carácter más socioeducativo incluyendo perfiles profesionales tales como Educador Social, Integrador Social y Animador Sociocultural.

    La necesidad venia dada por la demanda de los usuarios de realizar práctica deportiva en el centro detectándose también un aumento de las conductas disruptivas.

    También era necesario a su vez un proyecto que trabajara la sensibilización en la ciudadanía de este colectivo, así como la lucha contra el estigma que sufren las personas con enfermedad mental, de esta demanda se creó los proyectos Escuela de deporte y el proyecto Enroscados.

    Paralelamente existía una demanda de actualización de las actividades de la vida diaria de población existente en el centro para darles un nuevo enfoque más rehabilitador y socioeducativo con distintas estrategias terapéuticas.

    Apostamos por un sistema de mediación para la resolución de conflictos entre personas de interpretación que pudiesen producirse en el proyecto A + Deporte Mejor Ciudadanía.

    Es por ello que se demandaba un sistema regulador de todos estos factores a la vez que pusiese en valor varios objetivos que pasamos a detallar

    The different agreements that the Government of Aragon demanded in 2012 as well as the creation of the youth unit in 2014 were two relevant events in the internal population in the Our Lady of Carmen Neuropsychiatric Center.

    The demand for a change of approach from the health model to a socio-educational model, which was going to transform the center needed new strategies with a socio-educational approach that in turn requested people with mental illness from the center to cover not only health needs if not also those of personal and social development.

    At the same time, the profile of professionals at the center went from being exclusively care-oriented to a more socio-educational nature, including professional profiles such as Social Educator, Social Integrator and Socio-Cultural Animator.

    The need was given by the demand of users to practice sports in the center, also detecting an increase in disruptive behavior.

    It was also necessary in turn a project that worked to raise awareness in the citizenship of this group, as well as the fight against stigma suffered by people with mental illness, from this demand the Sports school projects and the Enroscados project were created.

    At the same time, there was a demand to update the activities of the daily life of the population existing in the center to give them a new, more rehabilitative and socio-educational approach with different therapeutic strategies.

    We are committed to a mediation system for the resolution of conflicts between interpreters that could occur in the A + Sports Better Citizenship project.

    That is why a regulatory system of all these factors was demanded while at the same time putting in value several objectives that we will detail.
