Resumen de Argumentos para la selección de aspirantes a árbitros y jueces deportivos

  El propósito de esta investigación está en revelar los argumentos que justifiquen la necesidad de perfeccionar y modelar el proceso de selección de los aspirantes a árbitros y jueces deportivos. Lo que tiene un significado transcendental en la búsqueda de mejoras relacionadas con el modo de actuación de los encargados de impartir justicia en las competiciones deportivas. Se utilizan métodos de investigación analítico-perceptiva (analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, entre otros) y la entrevista. Las conclusiones a las que se arriban refieren:-limitaciones en las exigencias actuales de selección de los aspirantes, en relación a las expectativas del desempeño arbitral, argumentos que justifican las elección a partir de los requerimientos de las capacidades y habilidades para aplicar el reglamento, las características psicológicas y los valores éticos de los árbitros y jueces como indicadores imprescindibles a considerar en la selección de quienes aspiren a formarse como árbitros y jueces y el aporte también de un modelo que orienta y sugiere cómo hacer para seleccionar a los interesados; lo que ha de contribuir con su aplicación, a optimizar la misma y con ello garantizar las bases hacia la objetividad del arbitraje que requiere el movimiento deportivo.

  The purpose of this research is to reveal the arguments that justify the need to improve and model the selection process for aspiring sports referees and judges. What has a transcendental meaning in the search for improvements in the mode of action of those in charge of imparting justice in sports competitions. Analytical-perceptual research methods (analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, among others) and the interview were used. The conclusions reached refer to: -limitations in the current requirements for the selection of applicants, in relation to the expectations of refereeing performance, -arguments that justify the selection based on the requirements of the capacities and abilities to apply the regulations , the psychological characteristics and the ethical values of the referees and judges as essential indicators to be considered in the selection of those who aspire to be trained as referees and judges and -the contribution also of a model that guides and suggests how to select the interested parties; what has to contribute with its application, to optimize it and with it guarantee the bases towards the objectivity of the arbitration that the sport movement requires.
