    La necesidad de una eficaz resolución de las situaciones de ocupación ilegal fundamenta el análisis de las diferentes posibilidades de protección legal sumaria, que permitan el desalojo de los inmuebles ocupados de forma inmediata, tras requerirlo el poseedor legítimo, que presente título suficiente, frente al ocupante sin título alguno, y sin olvidar las situaciones de personas en estado de necesidad y vulnerabilidad, que deben solucionarse por la Administración con medidas sociales.

    The need for an effective resolution of situations of illegal occupation bases the analysis of the different possibilities for summary legal protection, that allow the eviction of the occupied properties immediately, after being required by the legitimate owner, who presents sufficient title, in front of the occupant without any title, and without forgetting the situations of people in a state of need and vulnerability, which must be solved by the Administration with social measures.
