    Arthur Rubinstein fue uno de los pianistas más importantes del siglo XX. Nacido en Polonia y formado en Alemania, su carrera discurrió por todo el mundo y tocó en las principales salas de conciertos y con los más ilustres directores. A través de su amplia discografía, podemos conocer su arte pianístico, que era especialmente reconocido en los autores románticos y, particularmente, en Chopin, cuyos cánones interpretativos renovó de los que eran habituales en la tradición del siglo XIX.

    Arthur Rubinstein was one of the most important pianists of the 20th century. Born in Poland and after studying in Germany, his career took him all over the world. He played in the main concert halls and with the most famous conductors. Through his extensive discography, we can learn about his piano art, which was especially recognized for the romantic authors and, more specifically, for Chopin, whose interpretative canons he renewed from those that were common in the tradition of 19th century.
