Resumen
Although many studies done over the last years have been focused to increase the knowledge of both physical and anthropogenic processes affecting coastal configuration and evolution, there is a lack of those which try to establish itself as an empirical basis for developing future management plans to improve the conservation state of these environments. This work aims to present some results obtained from a fieldwork experiment. The data set is about aeolian dynamics and patterns of sediment transport on a blowout existing along the front of Cala Tirant dune complex (Menorca, Balearic Islands). In this sense, this work pretends to present the instrumental and empirical framework necessary to better understand the sedimentary patterns occurred in these environments under different energetic conditions, and at the same time, to use all the results for improving their coming management plans.
