    El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis del escenario jurídico-administrativo en el que se inserta la inclusión de los nuevos medios de gestión, procesamiento de la información y toma de decisión en la actualidad con los sistemas de inteligencia artificial. Suscita dudas la forma de su integración o adopción de estas tecnologías disruptivas en las administraciones públicas y especialmente en el seno de la Administración de Justicia, dado su carácter especial y naturaleza exclusiva, así definida por el artículo 117 de la Constitución Española. En este sentido, este trabajo se dedica a investigar qué actos o hechos procesales son susceptibles de actuación de los sistemas de inteligencia artificial o sistemas expertos y destacar los criterios aplicables en el desarrollo y empleo de dichos sistemas, con vistas a garantizar no solamente la igualdad y la tutela judicial efectiva, como también salvaguardar a los derechos fundamentales de los justiciables.

    The purpose of this work is the analysis of the legal-administrative scenario in which the inclusion of new means of management, information processing and decision-making is currently inserted with artificial intelligence systems. It raises questions about the form of their integration or adoption of these disruptive technologies in public administrations and especially within the Administration of Justice, given their special character and exclusive nature, thus defined by article 117 of the Spanish Constitution. In this sense, this work is dedicated to investigating what procedural acts or facts are susceptible to the performance of artificial intelligence systems or expert systems and to highlight the criteria applicable in the development and use of such systems, with a view to guaranteeing not only equality and effective judicial protection, as well as safeguarding the fundamental rights of citizens.
