La ejecución forzosa de las obligaciones y derechos en que consiste el régimen de visitas se aparta del sistema general de ejecución de obligaciones no dinerarias, y ello se justifica por la propia naturaleza de las relaciones familiares, en evolución, y el interés público en el bienestar de los menores de edad. En el artículo 776 LEC se regulan especialidades como la no limitación de las multas coercitivas y la posibilidad de modificación del régimen de guarda y visitas ante el incumplimiento. Por otra parte, también es posible el enjuiciamiento como falta o delito de las conductas de infracción de las obligaciones derivadas de la sentencia o convenio. En ocasiones, la entrega de los menores se realiza en puntos de encuentro familiar, que se tienden a generalizar en el territorio de forma homogénea.

The strict enforcement of the obligations and rights inherent to the timetable for visits draws aside from the overall enforcement system of non-monetary obligations, and is justified by the very nature of family relationships, which are changing, and the public interest in the welfare of minors. Article 776 LEC (LA LEY 58/2000) regulates specialties like the no limitation of the penalty payments and the possibility of changing the care and visits timetable in case of infringement. On the other hand, it is also possible to prosecute as a misdemeanor or felony prosecution the acts of infringement of the obligations arising from the decision or agreement. Sometimes, the delivery of children takes place in familiar meeting points, which tend to spread evenly in the territory.
