    La Ley 13/2009, de 3 de noviembre, «de reforma de la legislación procesal para la implantación de la nueva Oficina judicial» es el primer paso de la oficina judicial diseñada en la reforma de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial del año 2003. En este trabajo se exponen las líneas fundamentales de las modificaciones introducidas en el proceso civil en relación a las competencias de los Secretarios judiciales, para la adaptación de la oficina judicial a las futuras unidades y servicios comunes.

    The Law 13/2009 of 3rd of November «For the Reform of the Procedural Legislation for the implementation of the New Office of Court Clerk», is the first step to implement the Office of Court Clerk originally foreseen in the Reform of the Organic Law of the Judicial Power of 2003. In this article, the author sets out the fundamental essence of the legal modifications that affect the civil process in relation to the responsibilities of court clerks, in order to adapt the Office of Court Clerk to the future administrative support units.
