    La sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia (TSJ) de Asturias, (Sala de lo Contencioso- Administrativo, Sección 1.ª) de 28/12/2020, (JUR 2021, 73586), repasa los requisitos necesarios para estar afiliado al Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos (RETA) del Sr. Carlos Ramón, que trabajando como funcionario público, heredó el establecimiento de venta de artículos deportivos de pesca de su padre. Asimismo analiza el valor probatorio del acta de la Inspección de Trabajo en la que la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (TGSS) fundamentó el alta de oficio del trabajador en el citado Régimen Especial

    The ruling of the Administrative Chamber section 1ª, of the Asturias Superior Court of Justice, of 28/12/2020, (JUR 2021, 73586), reviews the necessary requirements to be affiliated in the Special Regime of the Spanish Social Security for Self-Employed Workers of Mr. Carlos Ramón. This man worked as a public servant, and inherited his father’s fishing sporting goods store. The ruling also analyzes the evidentiary value of the report from the Work Inspection. The Tesorería General of the Social Security is based on that report to perform the affiliation ex officio of Mr. Carlos Ramón at this Special Regime.
