Resumen de Turismo industrial: su potencialidad en el destino Holguín, Cuba

  Se presenta un análisis de la potencialidad del patrimonio del destino Holguín para el turismo industrial. La metodología aplicada fue la investigación de carácter descriptiva- cualitativa a través del análisis y síntesis, el estudio histórico-lógico, la induccióndeducción, la observación participante, y la entrevista aplicada a investigadores del destino, con el fin de inquirir acerca de las experiencias en turismo industrial. Como consecuencia se hizo un recorrido por los elementos más importantes del patrimonio industrial en Europa y América para luego adentrarse en el de Cuba y en particular a uno de sus destinos más importantes: Holguín, que posee singularidades relacionados con el patrimonio industrial tangible e intangible de gran significancia que trazan un futuro en las investigaciones sobre turismo industrial, oportunidad para desarrollar el turismo post-pandemia COVID-19.

  An analysis of the potentiality of the heritage of the destination Holguín for industrial tourism is presented. The applied methodology was descriptive-qualitative research through analysis and synthesis, historical-logical study, induction-deduction, participant observation, and the interview applied to destination researchers, in order to inquire about the experiences in industrial tourism. Therefore, a tour was made of the most important elements of the industrial heritage in Europe and America and then entered that of Cuba and in particular one of its destinations: Holguín, has singularities related with respect to tangible and intangible industrial heritage of great significance that trace a future in research on industrial tourism, an opportunity to develop tourism post-COVID-19 pandemic
