  La satisfacción laboral de los docentes es un indicador para conocer los aspectos organizativos y de enseñanza que afectan a la calidad de la enseñanza. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer el grado de satisfacción o insatisfacción profesional de 118 docentes de Educación Infantil y Primaria. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos en la dimensión de las interacciones sociales se encuentran, entre otros, una cierta insatisfacción entre los docentes, destacando: grado de estrés alrededor del 12,5% para Educación Infantil y 16,1% para Educación Primaria y ansiedad observada en el 39,1% de los profesores participantes Las principales conclusiones son que cuanto mayor es la ansiedad y el estrés, menor es la satisfacción en las interacciones entre profesores y alumnos.

  Teachers’ job satisfaction is an indicator to know organizational and teaching aspects that affect the quality of teaching. The purpose of this research is to know the degree of professional satisfaction or dissatisfaction of 118 teachers of childhood and primary education. Among the main results obtained in the dimension of social interactions are, among others, a certain dissatisfaction among teachers, highlighting: degree of stress around 12.5% for Childhood Education and 16.1% for Primary Education and anxiety was observed around 39.1% of the participating teachers. The main conclusions are that the greater anxiety and stress is the less satisfaction between the interactions between teachers and students.
