Resumen de Heridas abiertas: de la novela de Flynn a la apuesta de HBO.

El presente artículo tiene como principal objetivo analizar de manera contrastiva el proceso de transformación del best-seller estadounidense Heridas abiertas, de Gillian Flynn a la serie realizada en HBO. Se describirán y analizarán los principales cambios que se establecen en relación con la estructura narrativa, la construcción espacio-temporal de la narración, la descripción de los personajes y otros aspectos narrativos de calado. Se podrá demostrar que el trabajo de adaptación, en este caso, se ha realizado de manera impecable y que, el resultado final del mismo, es realmente interesante a nivel estético. Para alcanzar este objetivo se empleará una metodología cualitativa, de carácter tradicional, en la que la argumentación crítica partirá del diálogo con diversas fuentes bibliográficas que permitirán alcanzar las conclusiones finales.

The main objective of this article is to contrastively analyze the transformation process of the American best seller Sharp Objects, from Gillian Flynn to the series made on HBO. The main changes that are established in relation to the narrative structure, the spatial-temporal construction of the narrative, the description of the characters and other important narrative aspects will be described and analyzed. It will be possible to show that the adaptation work, in this case, has been carried out flawlessly and that the final result of it is really interesting on an aesthetic level. To achieve this result, a qualitative, traditional methodology will be used, in which critical argumentation will start from a dialogue with various bibliographic sources that will allow reaching the final conclusions.
