    Este trabajo aborda el nuevo régimen económico de las actividades reguladas en el sector del gas natural que se ha introducido a través de las Circulares de la CNMC y de las disposiciones adoptadas por el Gobierno a lo largo de los años 2019 y 2020. En concreto se lleva a cabo un análisis del sistema para la fijación de las retribuciones de las actividades de regasificación, transporte y distribución, así como de los peajes y cánones de acceso a las infraestructuras. La atribución de estas funciones a la CNMC por el Real Decreto-Ley 1/2019 abre una nueva etapa en la configuración económica del sector del gas que resultará en un reajuste de las retribuciones y, consiguientemente, de los peajes que soportan los consumidores.

    This paper focuses on the new economic framework of regulated activities in the natural gas sector that has been introduced through the CNMC Circulars and the provisions adopted by the Government throughout 2019 and 2020. Specifically, it analyses the system for setting the remuneration of regasification, transport and distribution activities, as well as tolls and fees for access to infrastructures. The attribution of these functions to the CNMC by Royal DecreeLaw 1/2019 opens a new stage in the economic configuration of the gas sector that will result in a readjustment of remuneration and, consequently, of the tolls borne by consumers
