    El estudio comienza respondiendo a las cuestiones introductorias acerca del libro de Tb (lugar de composición, lenguaje original, autor), para centrarse en el tiempo de redacción de la obra; así, pretende verificar si los cambios de la época en la que se escribe se ven reflejados de algún modo en la novela. Se estudian sobre todo aspectos teológicos (tales como apocalíptica, escatología, profetismo, religión personal, angeleología y demonología, idea de Dios, etc.), pues son los más sobresalientes en la obra. Se puede comprobar cómo Tb comparte muchos de los avances teológicos del momento, aunque también se puedan encontrar rasgos más tradicionales.

    The paper begins by answering the introductory questions about the book of Tobit (place of composition, original language, author), to focus on the writing time of the work; thus, it tries to verify if the changes the historical period in which the book is written are reflected in any way in the novel. Theological aspects are mainly studied (such as apocalypticism, eschatology, prophetism, personal religion, angelology and demonology, God’s image, etc.), as they are the most outstanding in the work. It come out that Tob shares much of the theological advances of the moment, although more traditional features can also be found.
