    Se consideran diversas teorías jurídicas desde el punto de vista de su idoneidad para el desarrollo de la Estrategia Jurídica. Se concluye en la especial calificación que al respecto presenta la teoría trialista del mundo jurí-dico, construcción tridimensional que incluye en el Derecho repartos captados por normatividades y valorados por un complejo de valores que culmina en la justicia, con diversidades en cuanto a alcances, dinámicas y situaciones.

    Various legal theories are considered from the point of view of their suitability for the development of the Law Strategy. It is concluded in the special qualification that the trialist theory of the legal world presents in this regard, a three-dimensional construction that includes in the Law distributions captured by norms and valued by a complex of values that cul-minate in justice, with diversities in terms of scope, dynamics and situations.
