Fretamento eventual e turismo na cidade de São Paulo: uma aproximação do tema

    This article presents preliminary results of a study coordinated by three researchers who propose to analyze the effects of eventual chartering on the tourism dynamics in the city of São Paulo. In order to build an initial database, the group participated in the debates in the scope of the Municipal Transportation and Transit Council of the city of São Paulo and in FRESP - Federation of Passenger Transport Companies by Freight of the State of São Paulo. The exploratory study that guided the discussions and reflections revealed little debated scenarios in the field of transportation and tourism. The analysis of the regulations and the lines of action of the public and private sectors in the understanding of the Possible Freight in the city of São Paulo allowed the understanding of some recurrent issues in the urban sphere that, for a long time, have been manifesting themselves in the touristic related leisure and corporate movements.

    Apresenta-se nesse artigo resultados preliminares de um estudo coordenado por três pesquisadores que se propõem a analisar os efeitos do fretamento eventual na dinâmica do turismo na cidade de São Paulo. Visando construir uma base de dados inicial, o grupo participou dos debates no âmbito do Conselho Municipal de Transporte e Trânsito da cidade de São Paulo e na FRESP – Federação das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros por Fretamento do Estado de São Paulo. O estudo exploratório que orientou as discussões e reflexões, revelou cenários pouco debatidos no âmbito do transporte e turismo. As análises das normativas e as linhas de atuação dos setores público e privado no entendimento do Fretamento eventual na cidade de São Paulo permitiu o entendimento de algumas questões recorrentes na esfera do urbano que há muito tempo vêm se manifestando no movimento turístico de lazer e de negócios da cidade.
