La reciente negociación del primer Convenio Colectivo del Fútbol Femenino ha puesto de manifiesto las carencias del marco normativo general, previsto en el Título III ET, para responder adecuadamente a las exigencias planteadas por las peculiaridades existentes en el ámbito del deporte profesional. En este sentido, la doctrina contenida en la SAN de 21/07/2020 viene a corroborar las disfunciones aplicativas que se derivan de tales carencias.

The recent negotiation of the first Women’s Football Collective Agreement has revealed the shortcomings of the general regulatory framework, provided for in Title III ET, to adequately respond to the demands raised by the peculiarities existing in the field of profesional sports. In this sense, thee doctrine contained in the SAN of 07/21/2020 corroborates the aplication dysfunctions that derive from such deficiencies.
