    La difusión, venta y distribución de archivos ilegales en grupos cerrados de comunicación esta proliferando en Internet de modo exponencial, siendo necesario crear procedimientos de investigación de acceso policial con las máximas garantías judiciales, obtener pruebas del delito, asegurar la escena y localizar a los autores de los hechos. En este sentido, la figura del Agente Encubierto Online es útil para la introducción en esas redes de seguridad y poner de manifiesto los ilícitos que se puedan estar desarrollando. Para realizar esa función los agentes infiltrados tendrán que conocer la tecnología utilizada por los cibercriminales para evitar que les puedan descubrir al mismo tiempo que puedan llegar a finalizar su misión con éxito.

    The dissemination, sale or distribution of illegal files in closed communication groups is proliferating exponentially on the internet, being necessary to create police access investigation procedures with the maximum judicial guarantees, obtain evidence of the crime, secure the scene and locate the perpetrators of the facts. In this sense, the figure of the covered agent online is useful for introducing them into these safety nets and highlighting the illicit activities that may be developing there. In order to carry out this function, the infiltrated agents will have to know the technology used by cybercriminals to prevent them from being discovered at the same time that they can successfully complete their mission.
