    El Decreto-ley 31/2020, de 8 de septiembre, por el que se modifica el Decreto Legislativo 1/2000, de 31 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Texto único de la Ley del deporte, y se establecen medidas de funcionamiento de los órganos de gobierno de las entidades deportivas de Cataluña, introduce un nuevo artículo 31 bis que permite que los órganos de gobierno de las entidades deportivas de Cataluña celebren reuniones y adopten acuerdos de manera telemática, y específicamente para las juntas directivas y sus comisiones delegadas permite que adopten acuerdos sin necesidad de reunión.

    Decree-Law 31/2020, of September 8, which modifies Legislative Decree 1/2000, of July 31, which approves the Single Text of the Sports Law, and establishes operational measures of the governing bodies of the sports entities of Catalonia, introduces a new article 31bis that allows the governing bodies of the sports entities of Catalonia to hold meetings and adopt agreements electronically, and specifically for the boards of directors and their delegated commissions allows them to adopt agreements without the need for a meeting.
