Se utiliza el integrativismo tridimensionalista de la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico, que incluye en éste las dimensiones sociológica, normológica y dikelógica como método para comparar históricamente los sucesos ocurridos desde el comienzo de la Primera Guerra Mundial al presente, cuando comienza una nueva era.

In this paper we use the three-dimensional integrativist approach of the trialist theory of the juridical world, that includes into Law, the sociological, dikelogical and normological dimensions as a method to compare historically the events that took place since the beginning of the First World War to the present day, when a new Era begins.
