Se consideran las condiciones de la integración y la globalización aprovechando las propuestas del integrativismo tridimensionalista de la teoría trialista del mundo jurídico que incluye en el Derecho repartos de potencia e impotencia captados por normas y valorados por un complejo de valores que culmina en la justicia. El desarrollo concluye en un análisis estratégico de las condiciones de la integración.

In this paper we consider the conditions of integration and globalization taking advantage of the three-dimensional integrativist approach of the trialist theory of the juridical world, that includes into Law, partitions of power and powerlessness, conceived by norms and valued by a complex of values that culminates in Justice. The development of this paper concludes in a strategic analysis of the conditions of integration.
