Resumen de El Programa Cambio Rural en el periurbano platense: Un estudio desde la perspectiva de los actores (2009-2017)

  Este trabajo busca dar cuenta del funcionamiento, logros y dificultades del programa Cambio Rural en el área periurbana platense,  en el periodo 2009-2017. El estudio se desarrolla en base a una estrategia cualitativa, a partir de la percepción de  diferentes actores que participaron en el Programa. Se toma como marco conceptual el enfoque orientado al actor desarrollado por Norman Long (2007) el cual rescata el protagonismo del individuo como un actor social. Se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a productores, técnicos de INTA y promotores-asesores involucrados en el Programa en el periodo de referencia del estudio. Complementariamente se analizaron fuentes secundarias de información en cuanto al funcionamiento del programa en general y en particular en el territorio bajo estudio.

  This work seeks to account for the functioning, achievements and difficulties of the Rural Change program in the plains peri-urban area, in the period 2009-2017. The study is developed based on a qualitative strategy, based on the perception of different actors that participated in the Program. The actor-oriented approach developed by Norman Long (2007) is taken as a conceptual framework, which rescues the protagonism of the individual as a social actor. Semistructured interviews were carried out with producers, INTA technician and promoters-advisors involved in the Program in the reference period of the study. In addition, secondary sources of information were analyzed regarding the operation of the program in general and in particular in the territory under study.
