  • This study make an analysis of the present situation in the statement of the executed person goods, that have been done to make easier the investigation of his own heritage, and with a special reference, on the one hand, to the objective and subjective, way delimitation; and, on the other hand, to all the problems that we can find in the imperfect unfulfillment or fulfillment call statement, as well as the wrong regulation of the coercive fine.
