  Se analiza la casuística existente en materia de arrendamientos urbanos en relación con las connotaciones que surgen en el derecho de familia, vicisitudes del contrato de arrendamiento y su vinculación o no con las resoluciones del juez de familia y la aplicación de la incidencia de la Ley 4/2013 de reforma de la LAU en esta materia.

  This articles studies the casuistic existing in terms of urban leases in connection with the connotations that arise in the areas of family law, the pitfalls and potholes of the lease agreement and its links or not with the resolutions of the family court and the implementation of the incidence of Law 4/2013 of reform of the Urban Leases Act in this area.
