The aim of this paper is to analyse the current situation of the electronic procedural communications, starting from the existence of a judicial process that is already electronic. For this reason, it is advocated that these communications should be strengthened with legal reforms, with new and important technological innovations, without this implying a loss of the right to due process of law for the parties. But above all, as with any process of change, an awareness of all those involved in the process is required, since a modern and efficient administration of justice requires a new mentality, continuous training, and mutual involvement.
