El trabajo repasa el sentido de la reforma del libro preliminar del Fuero Nuevo, la mutación de la naturaleza de la Compilación y la adecuación constitucional del régimen de las fuentes y la condición civil de navarro. Se plantean las dudas interpretativas y problemas prácticos que suscitan las novedosas figuras de la influencia indebida y el abuso de influencia, y el original desarrollo de la prescripción extintiva y caducidad.

The study examines the meaning of the reform of the preliminary book of the New legal Code, the mutation of the nature of the Compilation and the consti-tutional adjustment of the regime of sources and Navarre civil status. The interpretational doubts and practical problems that arise from the innovative concepts of undue influence and the abuse of influence are considered, along with the original development of extinctive prescription and limitation.

Foru Berriaren atariko liburuaren erreformak hartutako norabidea, Konpilazioak haren izaeran jasandako aldaketak eta iturrien araubidea eta nafarren izaera zibila Konstituziora moldatzeko egindako egokitzapena aztertzen ditu lanak. «Bidegabeko eragina» eta «eraginaren abusua» delako figura berriek sortutako interpretazio-zalantzak eta arazo praktikoak eta preskripzio azkentzaileak eta iraungitzeak izandako garapen originala ere jorratzen ditu.
