Resumen de Emociones, Yoga y Fútbol en un Centro Penitenciario

  Este estudio investigó qué emociones experimentaban los internos en un centro penitenciario al participar en dos prácticas motrices con una lógica interna diferente como son el yoga y el fútbol. Se identificó las emociones prevalentes entre los internos durante la práctica y las explicaciones ante las mismas. El instrumento de recogida de datos fue la escala de GES (Games and Emotion Scale). Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó la estadística descriptiva con la hoja de cálculo Microsoft Excel para obtener los porcentajes de prevalencia y el análisis de contenido para analizar la naturaleza de la vivencia emocional. Los resultados mostraron que, en la sesión de yoga, las emociones prevalentes fueron las emociones ambiguas de esperanza y sorpresa, las positivas de felicidad y alegría y la emoción negativa de tristeza. En el partido de fútbol, las emociones prevalentes fueron las emociones positivas de amor, felicidad y alegría, las emociones ambiguas de esperanza y sorpresa y la emoción negativa de tristeza. Este estudio quiere destacar la pertinencia de introducir la toma de conciencia emocional en los programas de tratamiento en los centros penitenciarios.

  This study investigated inmates emotions during two motor practices with a different internal logic such as yoga and football. The prevalent emotions among the inmates during the practice and the explanations before them were identified. The data collection instrument was the GES (Games and Emotion Scale). For the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics were used with the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to obtain the prevalence percentages and the content analysis to analyze the nature of the emotional experience. The results showed that, in the yoga session, the prevailing emotions were the ambiguous emotions of hope and surprise, the positive ones of happiness and joy and the negative emotion of sadness. In the football game, the prevailing emotions were the positive emotions of love, happiness and joy, the ambiguous emotions of hope and surprise and the negative emotion of sadness. This study wants to highlight the relevance of introducing emotional awareness in treatment programs in prisons.
