    Saber, saber hacer y saber convivir (Albertí, 2014; 47) es la parte medular del paradigma socio históricocultural de Vygotsky así como la enseñanza moderna, la matemáticas no es la excepción, la educación matemática deber ser útil, debe ser una herramienta que muestre aplicación real, porque, también en el conocimiento, “ser útil para ser amado” (Platón, 2012;100), para que la matemática sea útil hay que comprenderla, hay que aplicar cada conocimiento adquirido para así, apropiarse de él, el método utilizado será el método de comprensión de Epicteto, filósofo griego exponente del estoicismo, el estoicismo es una corriente filosófica que en el cumplimiento del deber, pone su principal punto distintivo, este método buscara, no solo mejorar el aprendizaje de la matemática del estudiante de ciencias exactas e ingeniería, sino también, esa lógica aprendida, lleve una mejor conocimiento con el saber y la necesidad de justificar, porque hay que aprender y justificar cada paso, y tener presente que cada acción lleva a una implicación, este método también puede ser utilizado en los diferentes niveles educativos del nivel básico, que busca desarrollar la creatividad, esa creatividad puedan utilizarla en su vida cotidiana.

Stoicism is a philosophical current that in fulfillment of duty, put its distinctive main point, this method Will find not just improve knowledged of maths as a engineering or science student, but also that logic learned lead to a better coexistence, developing how to live together, hence all students wil associate the knowledge with the know and that need to justify, because we need to learn and justify each step that we give, and keep in mind each action carries an implication, this method can be used in all basic levels of education, this search to develop creativity, to they Will be able to use it effectively.
